Frequently Asked Questions
What levels do you tutor?
I provide maths tuition for GCSE, A Level and Further Maths students, including support for exam preparation and university entry requirements.
Do you offer online or in-person tutoring?
All sessions are delivered online, allowing flexible access to high-quality tuition without the need to travel. This also means lessons can be scheduled more easily around school and college commitments.
Do you follow the school curriculum?
Yes. Lessons are aligned with the relevant GCSE or A Level specification, ensuring students are fully prepared for their exams and current topics being studied in school.
How often should students have tutoring?
Most students benefit from weekly sessions, although this can be adjusted depending on goals, exam timelines and individual needs.
Which areas do you cover?
I work with students across Chichester and the surrounding areas including Fishbourne, Bosham, Lavant and Selsey.
Do you only tutor students who are finding maths difficult?
I also work with high-achieving GCSE and A Level students who are targeting top grades and want to push their understanding further. Many students use tuition to refine exam technique and develop the depth needed for A and A* performance.
Can you support students applying to Oxbridge or other top universities?
Yes. I’ve supported students from strong academic schools who are preparing for competitive university courses, including Oxbridge and other leading UK universities. Tuition focuses on advanced problem-solving, mathematical reasoning and achieving the highest level of exam performance.
